March 10th : Today it was announced that the Poyntz-Wright four are to split. The announcement was met with much disappointment from fans, however there is hope that a solo career might follow this news.

March 12th : Tom speaks about the demise of the Poyntz-Wright Four, saying that he simply did not have the time for it due to acting and other projects. There is renewed hope of a solo music project as Tom says that he did manage to get a number of songs written before the split.

March 15th : Rumours are rife that Tom has been in talks with Neb Ewor Records, neither party would confirm or deny rumours.

March 20th : At last Tom announces that he will be releasing a single called Nuclear, and that an album will probably follow. To see the interview CLICK HERE.

March 28th : An album will definately follow the single Nuclear, and it will be available in the summer over here, to coincide with the release of 'Fisting The Gerbil', Tom's new film in which a number of the album tracks appear. The album is not totally finished, however we have been given some of the promo covers for the tracks.
